Aoyama Realty Advisors (ARA) looks to cultivate employees with an ideal balance of appraisal ability and reasoning as well as practical business development skills, and as such the company's basic policy is to rotate employees as necessary through real estate appraisal, leasing and advisory duties. Our objective is to develop our employees into mainstream real estate professionals after a period of two to four years with ARA. In addition to specialized knowledge, we train our staff to be able to rapidly provide information via our networks, and to work in a unified manner to resolve issues faced by our clients, in line with our goal of becoming a firm that provides top-quality services.
We provide an atmosphere that enables employees to grow into not only appraisal specialists, but well-rounded real estate professionals provided they have the necessary aspiration, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Those who have passed examinations
For those who do not have real estate experience but have passed the examination, ARA provides educational guidance which enables employees to transform knowledge absorbed temporarily for the purpose of passing the exam into skills that can be applied practically to business situations by furnishing them with basic real estate investigative ability, the ability to collect and analyze information, the ability to use appraisal software and other appraisal-related skills. Following this, through active involvement in various types of appraisal duties, employees are able to further develop their appraisal capabilities.
